Why am i locked out of my envato account post resolution of Paypal dispute?

I purchased a wordpress theme - https://themeforest.net/item/hairpress-wordpress-theme-for-hair-salons/4099496 from themeforest. I did not receive a premium visual composer plugin along with the package as promised, so I was unable to work on the frontend. The theme itself was buggy and I faced a million problems while installation, the documentation was of no help. So i requested for a refund and initiated a payment dispute with Paypal. The request has been processed, I’ve received the refund, it’s been more than a month and I am still locked out of my envato account. I demand an explanation from the envato team for this inconvenience. Any fellow users, who’ve been through the same please share your suggestion or input. Thanks.

You don’t dispute on PayPal, that’s why. There is an official process for refunding and disputing payment thru PayPal will land your account locked because it’s against the rules.

Well if envato never answer and do nothing to sort things out there is no other option. I am considering opening a paypal dispute as I purchased a £60 theme and money was taken and I never received nothing. Envato shows no orders and there is nothing in my downloads. Have opened a support ticket with no reply. I am £60 down and I want the item I ordered so I am forced to open a dispute too.

I really wouldn’t open another dispute as it will almost certainly only cause more delays.

HOW INSAINLY LONG IT COULD TAKE THAT SUPPORT GONNA OPEN MY ACCOUNT??? I TRIED TO BUY X THE THEME, THREE TIMES FROM A DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS, BUT EVERY TIME I GOT THIS MESSAGE!!! I REALLY NEEDED THIS PRODUCT FOR THIS WEEKEND. I TOOK A DAY OFF FOR USING IT DURING A WEEKEND, BUT THIS WAITING IS ONLY WAIST OF MY TIME AND MONEY. AND YES I’VE OPPENED THE TICKET (753333) WITH ENVATO SUPPORT ALMOST 27 HRS AGO!!! Y E S T E R D A Y!!! AND YES AGAIN, I’VE DONE IT ONLY ONCE. NOW IT’S 3PM IN FINLAND. I’M LOSING THIS DAY WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR ACT.
