Your pricing plan is absolutely deceiving! It was stated monthly basis so I thought I will be subscribing on monthly basis but I was charged annual membership instead when I clicked subscribed. There was also no final confirmation of total amount of bill before finalising transaction. It screams FRAUD! Please refund the remaining 11 months to me.

I stumbled across your bargain price. Then I spent hours weighing up how it will benefit me.
Then only afterwards I found out that many templates under Envato is not included.
Then it is a monthly cost bargain, if paid yearly (first time I have ever heard of something so ridiculous).
Then I need to add vat (you do not include it, while all others do … perhaps to deceive people even more).
Then what? What is next?
Guys, stop playing tricks. What are you actually up to?
Use AI to improve your English or get a minister to teach you some ethics.

It’s not possible - how would they know if an individual buyer has to pay VAT (or any other tax) and if so at what rate etc?
In fact quoting a final price before confirming a buyers location is probably not legal and could certainly be seen as misrepresentation.
Could you share an example of a marketplace that advertise their prices including VAT before a buyer clicks to buy and confirms their details?
As an Australian company I doubt they have an issue with English. There’s nothing out of the ordinary going on - it’s often the same on many other sites and is just standard marketing,

Ok, Elementor Pro has VAT included. With them, there is none of these “complicated technical stuff of the law” you are telling me about. I do not want to mention more suppliers. With them as an example, I am just not surprised at checkout. I am buying software the whole day from various suppliers and I make calculations before the time. Just with you, I was surprised and confused.
Doing price bargaining, by saying that something is starting at a certain price per month, can be normal I agree, but in your case I would strongly advise relooking at the impressions you give people.

Thanks for replying and I am anyway now looking to see when I can get funds, as I still think of taking it at the “higher” price, or just wait a month or two and buy the yearly one.

I can’t seem to contact your customer service. I canceled my subscription on your website years ago, but you’ve been continuing to charge my credit card. I’ve even changed my Visa card three times, but the charges keep coming. How do I stop these charges and get a refund?
This happened to me as well! I was charged for annual membership - the website is misleading intentionally. I will be reporting this website unless I am refunded the remaining 11 months. I signed up for a MONTHLY plan with opportunity to cancel anytime.
