I wanted to buy a mensal subscription to Envato Elements, but it was charged me 12 months, an annual subscription. I wanted to pay 16$ month, not 198$ (as it was charged) me.

So, I made a request to cancel the order, I just want to know if someone passed by this problem, because I am afraid to have to pay this amount of money that I don’t want to. Can anyone help?

As you have contacted elements support, they will assist you.
$16.50/m is applicable when you will go for Annual subscription. And then the full year fee $198/y (50% less than monthly) will be chareged yearly at a time. for monthly subscription you will be chareged $33/m.
