Hi, I have been researching which camcorder to buy to record my class lectures. Mainly I want something small, that will pick up what my teacher writes on the board. I don’t want something huge, because I will put this camera on my desk next to my notebook, and i am trying not to standout lol. I also would like it to have a built in stand that can tilt or have an accessory that can let me “tilt” the camera slightly so I can make sure i am getting the right angle of my teacher teaching, because I sit in an auditorium class with no assigned seating. I think I would need a zoom feature, but i’m not sure? I am also planing on using this camera for a long time. My max budget is $400 but ideally I want to spend between $200-$300. So far I have narrowed it down to the following, which one do you think is the better choice? (note: if you have a better option please let me know)
- Canon VIXIA HF R500 Digital Camcorder (Black) … http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HLDFTRS/ref=psdc_172421_t1_B00RKNO06K
