When checked on Statement my prices of items are changed

I checked statements recently and all of my items were sold to a reduced price, Example : 15 USD items were sold for 12USD why is this ?

Please be noted that: Buyer fee wil not show in statement. So, may be rest $3 is your item Buyer fee!
