Hello, it’s been a long time now that I submit my 10 clips each week and, although they are shown in the dashboard for revision, they suddenly disappear after a couple of days. No new footage show up in my portfolio and no footage are under revision. It is like I never submitted not even one clip. I received no emails and tried to contact Envato for an answer but nobody wrote back to me. At this point the only chance I have is writing in this forum. Any help from anybody out there?
