What if you purchase a theme and there is no response from the theme support even if you are under the support period?

I purchased a theme recently, but the support is not replying to any of my queries even though I have paid for the 6 month support.

What should be done in that case? Am I eligible to get a refund for the support fee that is included in the purchase?

Envato should look into this matter.

If they don’t give you item support then open a Envato Help Ticket raise a dispute against that item author. hope they will help you to solved your issue.
