it’s been a few days i’m receiving automatic replies from Envato support with offending titles (like “go f*** your father”), those replies you get when you submit a support request… but i haven’t submitted any request at all so I assume some hacker is doing this.
Has someone else got these weird replies from Envato support lately?
Those would certainly not be from us. It must be someone trying to spoof. You can delete them.
This made me chuckle.
But yeah, these are certainly not from envato support.
You can check email headers and then block the sender’s server/IP/domain. Probably the easiest way to solve this issue in your case.
