(Locked) Locked account?

Hello everyone,

Well I’ve been a member for a long time here at envato and one day after logging in as usual, I see the following message:

“Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Envato Support for more details.”

I’ve contacted the envato support and It has been more than a week since I’ve got the last response. I honestly do not have any idea why did this happen and If somehow I did something wrong it was surely intentional.

Can any of the envato staff check this, ticket ID: CGC-681-12406?

Hello :slight_smile: Support will be replying via the ticket. I see they’ve replied on May 2 and they’ve forwarded it for further investigation. Since we can’t really help with account tickets on the forums, I’ll lock this thread down. Thanks!
