My Account Locked

Hello everyone,

Well I’ve been a member for a long time here at envato and last week after purshasing a new Wordpress Theme and before i can download my item, I see the following message:

“Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Envato Support for more details.”

I’ve contacted the envato support and It has been more than 4 days since I’ve got the last response. I honestly do not have any idea why did this happen and If somehow I did something wrong it was surely intentional.

Can you help please ?

Support doesn’t usually work at the weekends. Just wait a while longer…

I’ve just had this same issue, and they won’t tell me the reason as why my account is locked, and now I can’t even be able to do anything. At least state the reason why the account got locked, and let the user submit an appeal.
