Videohive Fee - how it works? Unexpected :]

Im trying to understand envato fee.
I had today videohive page open on my desktop and when I get sold notification on mobile I hit refresh on my desktop and something strange happened.

Today Ive sold item for 17$ - my earning in the system are 8.47$.
To my total amount of money in the up/right corner system added only 4.30$.
Do You know why?

Have You ever watched Your total amount and how it works with earnings tab?

and
Author Fee for sale
$4.93
