Using Sound Effects and Music in Virtual World like VRChat?

Hi there. I’m now thinking to use sound effects and music that are sold in Enveto Elements and Audio Jungle to virtual worlds that I create in social VR platform like VRChat.

I think it’s same with using for video games, but I’m not sure about video games license either.
Can someone tell me if I can use it or not?

Hello,

There is no explicit mention of VR environment in Envato’s terms, but it would be akin to videos or video games, and thus would indeed be covered by the license, as long as the audio is not made available as is to the user.

The only thing to note is that if your “virtual worlds” are downloadable there is a limit of 10,000 copies over which a Mass Reproduction license is required.
