Hello Guys. I just Wondering Which Items From Envato Elements Can I Use In My Game And Which Ones Im Not Allowed To Use Based On My Subscription License???
I Read It Myself And It Seems I Can Use It All, But I wanted To Be Sure About That.
I Want To Use A Music And Some Sound Effects And Graphic Templates.
The Elements music license is valid for up to 10 000 downloads in your game. For more downloads you need a Mass Production License. You find the Mass Production License at AudioJungle , just search for the track name or author name there.
For music Items, the rights granted under this license are subject to the following restrictions:
Broadcast use is not allowed. Please contact us if you wish to use the music for Broadcast.
For films, the End Product, the film may not be theatrically released. (To avoid confusion, use in an Indie Film is an Allowed Use). Please contact us if you wish to use the music in a theatrically released film.
For P.R.O. Music, public performance rights are not included with this license. See below for more details.
The original author of the Item retains ownership of the Item. You can’t claim ownership of the Item, even if modified in accordance with this agreement, for example through content identification systems. Example: if you use a music track synced in your video, you can’t claim rights to the music (e.g. through applying “Content ID” or similar systems to the music in your video).
Hmm… but that’s in the AudioJungle license, right? Not in the “blanket” commercial license that Envato Elements is saying applies. Or am I missing something in the Envato license that says you must refer to the Audio Jungle license for music licensing?

I am asking the same thing. @Manriquedelara if we have an “Elvato Elements” licence agreement, why sould we care about any other websites or terms?
From what I understand there is only ONE licence in the “Elvato Elements”, because you don’t need another. If there is no limit written in that, why would should we care about a limit of 10,000 copies?
This limit has to be written in the “Elvato Elements” licence terms, if not, there is no reason to believe that there is any limit. It would also make no sense, if we can register articles over and over again, we could register it also ten times and claim so that we could sell the result for 100,000 times or what?
Elements is part of Envato, as Audiojungle.
Elements only provides Standard License, if you need a bigger license you have to go to Audiojungle and buy it there.
You can use any Elements items in your game and there’s no download limit. Ignore the AudioJungle license terms, as you’re not licensing anything from AudioJungle… and as such, the AudioJungle license terms have no bearing on items you license from Envato Elements.
While there are similarities between the Elements license and the AudioJungle standard license (in that broadcast use is not allowed with the Elements license or the AJ standard license)… there’s no 10,000 download limit on the Elements license.
