Was wondering if there is a method to license a collection or playlist created under our accounts? I reuse many of the same assets such as video intro/outros, graphics, and sound effects for each video (I am creating consistent YouTube Videos). There are dozens of assets and is very time consuming to relicense each asset for each new project/video. Does anyone have any additional information on this? Thank you for your time.
Hello @angelricci35
If you are using Envato Elements then every time you use an item you need to individually license it. There is currently no option of “bulk licensing”.
However, there is another alternative for you. You can purchase the file from VideoHive, GraphicRiver. Depending on what item you use, you can purchase it once and use it multiple times. Let me give you a clear example because this does NOT apply to all items and scenarios:
Example 1
Let’s say you get one Intro Video Template from VideoHive. It’s a one time payment. The licence clearly says that you can use it for one single end product. However, in this case the end product is your Intro, not each video you are using the intro for.
Example 2
For other video elements, you can again purchase one license and use them in a series (in multiple videos). To be considered a series, all things in the series (eg episode, edition) must be connected, and be released within 1 year of the first instalment. There is also a maximum of 52 episodes or editions within the series.

These are the only possible two solutions at the moment. If you have more in depth questions regarding licensing on Elements you can open a support question and one of the team members will assist you. Open a support ticket here → Envato Elements Help and Support
If you have questions regarding the licenses on one of the main markets mentioned above, please open a support ticket here → Envato Market Help and Support
Also please let me know if I can assist you further, I will gladly do so.
Thank you so much for the clear response and I do appreciate the example scenarios provided! I will make sure to keep all of this in mind
