Uploading Error..

Hello friends,

I cannot upload my Video Preview for my template.I uploaded the project file and the other items without any problem but I’m getting an error only while uploading the video file. The format is mp4, the same video format I used for any other video file I uploaded without any problems. I used different browsers ( Chrome, Safari, Moziila) but with the same results. Also tried with different PC-s, from my home and office but its still the same error at 3%, 13%, 16% etc.

I tried to upload it using FTP but I can’t connect to the servers, it keeps shows me this:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I don’t know what to do now, I’ve been using Envato since 2014 but never had this sort of problem uploading my files.

please check have you tried wuth this way when used ftp:
Open your FTP client and enter the following details:
Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Username: [your Envato Market username]
Password: [your Envato Market API key] Generate a legacy token in your profile, and use as password.
Port: 21
Click ‘Connect’ or your FTP client equivalent.
