Update themeforest in wordpress - 404

Hi everyone,

I have installed the envato market in our wordpress for me to update the theme, but upon clicking the Activate Updates, then it will go to authorization page, then will click the button Approve it will then it will show a 404 page, we are using Greenly theme.
