I can not update theme plugins it say Download failed. Forbidden

I have a theme and when I try to update the theme plugins it say

Downloading update from https://mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/aveo/admin/plugins/contact-form.zip…

Download failed. Forbidden

any ideas how to fix this ? I tried reupload the theme again manually but problem remain
