I have selected to receive email notifications for my downloads, however I don’t get the notifications
Does anyone know why this would be (I do get other notifications, such as when my support period needs renewing)
I have this problem to. Can anynone can help, I recive other notifications, but in some themes notification didn’t work.
From a seller’s side. Here is my answer: When we update an item we can choose to send or NOT notifications to current buyers. So this can be a reason why you don’t get notifications when your purchased item gets updated.
