No alerts when 2 themes are updated

Hi,

Despite Get notified by email if this item is updated
Download is checked, I don’t receive any message notifying me of a new version. Yet it works for all my pugins and themes. An idea perhaps
This concerns 2 themes

Hi,

You can contact purchased item author and let them know that you are not receiving update notification email. Because when author checked the box ‘‘Send a notification to buyers when this update is approved’’ at the time of update submission and any update version will release then customer will receive update notification email.

Have You checked your spam folder and also checked your account email settings? If this all looks fine, then you should contact support, as this is only affecting the two themes.
