Some days ago I received an email from Envato with the subject “Upcoming Support Expiry + Pre-Expiry Extension Offer”. There I was offered the extension of the support for 10,63. I tried several times to get this discounted extension before 28.09.20, but the link in the email only ever led to the possibility to buy a completely new license at full price. Today, after this "Pre-Expiry Extension Offer" expired, the link suddenly leads me to the extension page - but only offers me the full price of 14.88.
I don’t think this is fair, because obviously this was a programming error.
