When i click the “Renew Support”
Its redirected to payment method (Envato Credit is default)
WHen I changed envato credit to “Paypal”
Price is updated to the item Full price

Support Renew is more cheap than extending support before expire. It seems a huge bug?
Major Bug, I am having the same issue and customers are already complaining. Guys at envato could you please look into this at the earliest.
Any update here? I had already 2 extension sales, but its calculated wrong!!

Thanks for bringing this up to our attention!
We’re working on a fix right now but we don’t have an ETA yet. You can be sure that’ll be working on that and releasing a fix as soon as possible.
To be clear, what’s happening is that at first you get the price for your support renewal, then when you change to the other payment method, the page returns with the whole item, not the renewal only. That means you’d be getting a new license altogether, support and all!

This is actually a feature! You can find out about this in here.
The TL;DR is that people who bought the item before item support was implemented will get the cheapest rate. People who bought the item after item support was implemented will get the regular rate.
