Support renewal process is poor

Got an email today from Envato Market telling me support subscriptions needed renewal, thanks. But when I click on the “Renew for $xx.xx”, I’m taken to the plugin page where my only option is to re-buy the product. Obviously not where I wanted to be.

Then logged in to my Envato Market account and saw “xx days of support remaining” on each of the items I’ve purchased, with a “renew now” link. Clicking that takes me to a purchase-only page, not a shopping cart, so I have to go back and repeat the “renew now” several times.

So thanks for letting me know to renew, but next time please (1) have the link in the email go to the right page, and (2) let me put multiple renewals in a cart and check out just once.
