Two days ago, I renewed six months of support, and my code is invalid. No one is responding to my emails. What do I do?

I submitted a ticket 7 days ago, and all I’ve received is an email stating, “We’re working as hard as we can to get back to you as soon as possible.” That was 7 days ago, and I submitted the ticket. It took them 5 days to send a response. I still can’t use the purchase code I paid for, and I have clients who are upset with me. This is unfair to us as customers we have no way to get a quick answer to a quick fix in their system. I can afford to lose clients.

Sorry! to know that Envato support is taking too long time to reply. They should respond within 5 business days. I believe they will reply to you soon.
Sometimes purchase code can show invalid for the following reasons:
- The author validation process is broken.
- Envato API is down.
Otherwise, there is something wrong and only the Envato support team can check it.
You can check the above 2 points by yourself. Go to your purchased item Comments page and tell your concern there. If your renewal is done then besides your profile picture there should be 2 tags: Purchased & Supported. The author should reply to your comments there.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I’ve finally received an email stating that the fixed the problem, BUT the problem is not fixed. I have cleared my browser cache using three different browsers, and this issue persists. “The purchase code is invalid”. Do you know of a way to contact them that their system is broken or give me a new code. I guess I’ll have to wait another 7 to 8 days again just for them to read the email and maybe fix the problem.
You can let the author know through Comments page.
Also, please reply the email you received.
Purchase code alteration not possible. Your purchase code will be fine, maybe something wrong with purchase code validation.
