Recently I bought and html template and I am on the installation process. I need to enter the purchase code there but when I enter it it shows that it is invalid. When I got back to Envato I saw that my account is locked. I contacted the support before 3 days but there is not an answer yet. What should I do? I contacted the author as well but they said that this problem can be solved by Envato.
