Purchase code invalid

Hi I keep getting purchase code is not valid when I try to verify it on themeforest.net
It worked the first time I used it to login to a support forum but now I get the validity error.
Can someone help me out here? It’s on template for ‘photographer’

please go to your purchased item page then item comments page and post your query. item author will guide you how to work with their support forum.
