Purchase code is invalid

I purchased a theme from themeforest and i installed it in my wordpress panel. Now i want to register my theme but i got Your Purchase Code is invalid. I’am using the purchase code in license text file that they give me. This is the beginning of my license text file:

ONE REGULAR LICENSE

Please note that you will be able to use the purchase code only for one end product mean only one time and only for a single url.

Same Issue I face yesterday i purchase Theme WordPress Playerx and download it install properly i add purchase code on it working perfectly demo import was done and then i notice i install wrong directory then i delete WordPress and again install on the right directory use my purchase code they said invalid and my account was locked what happening i pay you and the very urgent work i really disappointed kindly resolve it as soon as possible my username: horizonv1
