Unsatisfactory Service

I’ve purchased the theme Classiera and have requested changes to be made. The theme developers have given me a fee and said it would be done in a days time. I’ve agreed to this and gave them the go ahead.

Its been a week later and the add-on has not been done correctly, yet the theme developers have already sent through an invoice. It has been back and forward for a while with them to get anything done. They do minimum and charge a fee for it and the work is not done on time.

How can we get this sorted out asap?

Unfortunately, unless you agreed on this through Envato studio, then there will not be anything Envato can do to help as this is a private agreement between yourselves
