unknown status of the theme

Hello. I sent the template some time ago and it was soft rejected.
Now I sent it again and after finishing the review, I went to hidden items and did not see my theme.
I have not received any email, what happened, what should I do?

If you can’t see your Item in your Dashboard ‘Hidden Items’ tab then your Item has reviewed and got hard rejected. You must should receive email of the review result (if not Unchecked the ‘Item review notifications’ in your Settings => Email Settings):

Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.

Well, I sent it once and it was soft rejected, why should it be hard rejected?

I don’t know but I think it is because of quality standard. What was the issues in soft rejection?

Regarding typography and color correction, it was rejected, which I fixed

If the issues was only typography and color and you fixed those then you should get soft reject (if issue still there). Total you received 1 soft rejection or multiple?

I only got 1 soft reject, and I really tried to fix it, but now I got a hard reject.
