Unable to update the LOBO theme

Hi, I can’t update my theme LOBO since quite a lot of time. I don’t know why.
My website https://crea-re.com doesn’t load.
My support with Evato is already finished but I would like to know what should I do in this case.

This are the Error details I got:

Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 344 of the file /home/creannph/public_html/wp-content/themes/lobo/pixelentity-theme-update/class-envato-protected-api.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/creannph/public_html/wp-content/themes/lobo/pixelentity-theme-update/class-envato-protected-api.php:344

I also see the PHP error that is connected with Woocommerce:

  1. wp-content/themes/lobo/includes/woocommerce.php:60
  2. wp-content/themes/lobo/functions.php
    wp-content/themes/lobo/functions.php:37

And this are my data:

WordPress version 5.5.1
Current theme: Lobo (version 2.5.7)
Current plugin: (version )
PHP version 7.3.22

I would be gratefull if someone could help me to solve it!

Have you tried to update the theme manually via FTP?

Hi, no I was always updating it on the Wordpress dashboard.
Shall I try to do it manually?

Just download the installation .zip form Downloads, unpack it and copy “lobo” folder to your WP installation under wp-content/themes (overwrite existing “lobo” folder). Make sure to backup your current version first.

Thank you, It worked! I had to uninstall also one plugin!
