Fatal error on theme page

I am trying to access the Themes page in my Wordpress Admin panel and I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Envato_Protected_API in /home/gianmari/public_html/wp-content/themes/border/wpgrade-core/vendor/envato-wtl/class-envato-protected-api.php on line 12

Can you advise as to why this is happening. I currently have the Twenty Fifteen theme activated and would like to change to another.
