Tuts+ still locked after subscription

I have a problem with envato subscription. I paid for one month of “Envato Elements + Envato Tuts+” but all the courses still appear locked. I read the mail and followed the link “Unlock Tuts+ Access” but nothing changed.

Did I misunderstood something?

@rgbear I’m not sure if you’re still having trouble with your account, but I wanted to pass on that the Envato developers have found a problem that was causing new subscriptions to sometimes not activate.

So, you might give it another try now and see if it’s working!

I’m having the same problem… how can i get this fixed? ive sent a support ticket but now i could be losing 10 days of my subscription >.<
