Travelog (themeforest) update help

Hey,

I received an email saying an update is ready for my theme in my download page on my envato account. I just see a download button next to the theme i purchased and already am using for my site. Is this the update envato is telling me about? Do i just download it and upload it to my backend again?

Wordpress isn’t allowing me to do it. I keep getting an error message after 100% installed.

Could someone please guide me?

P.S. On my backend of wordpress, i don’t see any update notification for my theme, is this because this theme requires me to update manually?

You should check theme’s documentation, usually there is specified how to update or you can contact the theme author too if you want.
