Envato email says 'Theme Update Available' but my WordPress site dashboard says I have latest versio

WordPress shows I am using ThemeForest v. 4.4; says that is current. Why do I get message to update from Envato?

Could be, an update for another item on your account

Hi @crgrayaz, you can check the theme current installed version in your wp dashboard then go to theme page at themeforest and check the changelog and Last update date, you will know about your concern. Thanks
