Products are not updated

I’m talking about WordPress Themes at envato. One of the theme needs a serious update, there is no support from the author. I still have 6 months of free support for that item.

What can be done? Can Envato contact the author at priority, I don’t want the author to withdraw the project.

No reply from past a week. Hasn’t been replying to others too.
