Hello I created Envato account and bought a theme from themeforest. Now theme needs token key to update and this envato tokent api is not loading the page after signing in.
It gives error 403

How to solve this issue?
please clear browser cache and cookies and try again. Also you can try with another browser. and try to create token directly from here: https://build.envato.com/create-token
Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account.

Yes, I have tried various ways from clearing the cache, tying different browsers, trying incognito mode on browsers and even singing in on different tab to Envato account and then opening the link you provided. But still the same issue.
any other ways I can fix this?

This is strange.
I bought a theme from theme forest yesterday and downloaded it. It worked fine.
Now I used this same username to login to https://account.envato.com
Then for a test, I used the Sign Forget user name method and received the same username via email from Envato. 
Now I can log in to the above Envato account page but not on Themeforest. After hitting sign in it doest not work.
