three versions at a time from the same client

I wanted to understand how Envato still allows it, the guy buys 3 products and then I see in my earnings that I will not receive these sales anymore, this is very discouraging and disconcerting, please Envato, do something to solve this.

NOTE: Of these same products, the value of each is $28, I still got less than half that amount, from each of those sales I received only $8 which is another absurd.
