I don’t provide free support for my items at this moment because of business purposes, but free hand in this case will help me to provide better service for my customers.
- Can I move (or release new versions of) already uploaded items to another Envato account and then remove that item from original account?
- When I upload modified version of my item, there is any measure used by Envato to accept/reject item because of insufficient number of differences in the product? How different must be new product than previously released?
