Three questions about providing support and releasing new items


  1. Can I provide support ONLY for customers that was subscribed for my newsletter?
    I don’t provide free support for my items at this moment because of business purposes, but free hand in this case will help me to provide better service for my customers.
  2. Can I move (or release new versions of) already uploaded items to another Envato account and then remove that item from original account?
  3. When I upload modified version of my item, there is any measure used by Envato to accept/reject item because of insufficient number of differences in the product? How different must be new product than previously released?
