How do you guys handle feature request and support? Anyone recommends me a platform where users can up vote new features or ask questions? Is there such a thing by envato?

I guess such feature is not available on envato yet. Better still you can choose to receive requests through email/comment and then filter the most popular, if you feel this is rather stressful, then you should build the platform just the way you like it and refer to it on your item description.
