I resubmitted my product after a soft reject.
The Soft Reject message was to send the Partner Ticket ID . I sent that and it has been 5 days and no response from the reviewers. I contacted @envato_help and also open a ticket at support the support replied that they have verified the partnership and then they disappear.
Is this normal ? I don’t know what’s going on. The @envato_help tweeted me that you have to be patience and your product is in right hands. But the time for resubmitted items is just only 1 day and it has been 5 days.
