A few days ago my new item got soft rejected but there weren’t any reason or reviewer don’t give me any lists to improve. In the reason section just mentioned "Checking ticket. So I just wrote I didn’t understand what exactly need to change and re-submit my item.
Today is 7 days gone and I don’t get any reply. In this case, what should I do? Should I contact with Envato support? if yes then anyone could give me support page link for contact with them about this matter?
