I’m facing problems with one theme I bought from theme forest called Wilcity,
I also purchased their premium paid plugins
the theme has issues and support stop reply
they also stop reply to the theme forest comments
now I need to know if this them still a working theme? what is the situation with the theme support? are they willing to continue support and update? to it is become a died them?
Same here. On 2023-01-31, support@themesawesome.zendesk.com said, “we will put this ticket in the queue”. I’ve chased several times since but it’s like they don’t exist anymore. We have paid for support.
