Hello,

We have developed our website (https://www.kaizerleather.com/) with the help of third party web design company, they had purchased Woodmart theme and the license key got expired ,we want to update the theme and associated plugins. Now we are not working with that agency and we want to upgrade the license. If we purchase new license can we only need to replace the theme files and use the current theme settings. What are the procedures of that? Please help us to find the solutions for this.

Just buy your own license and use the Envato Market plugin to update the theme (make a backup first):

You just buy another copy of the theme.

Bear in mind that if the people who helped you already customised the core theme files in some way, then depending on how and where they did this, it is possible that some of those changes may not transfer.
