The Financer theme Web Angon does not answer my queries clearly. He uses a gmail account and shows him to be available with an office in NYC, whereas he is based out of Bangladesh. A platform like Envato cannot be using such unsolicited developers with whom the credentials get compromised. I am a naive and first time user of enviro products, just could not imagine that I have to incur $50 again to get the theme installed.
You either have to install my product for no charges or give my refund.
I changed the hosting to Linux with Apache Server - the theme does not support windows hosting which is where no plugins or images were active.
