I haven’t had much luck in getting a response to tickets that I have posted for support recently, and when I get a message that an authentication link has been sent to my email, it doesn’t show up in my inbox or spam folder. I’m not sure if that is the reason why I haven’t been getting a response, so I tried reaching out through email, but that email came back undelivered with, “no such user here”.
When I look at the Oshine Theme dashboard > Install Plugins tab I see “provide a valid purchase code” message.
When I look at the Oshine Theme dashboard > License tab I see “You have already used this purchase code…” message.
I still have support remaining on this Oshine purchase dedicated to this website, so I am not sure what has changed, or why the purchase code is being flagged for another site?
I am wondering if the theme developer is still in business and I don’t know how to contact Envato ThemeForest to find out what’s wrong.
Please let me know what can be done to remedy the portfolio and license issues with this website, thank you. Your assistance is very much appreciated.
