Problem with tracking a theme

Hello, I bought the OSHINE theme and for over a month it’s been total silence. I have a license migration problem and no one answers my messages. Does anyone have any information? Or does anyone know how to deactivate a license? (there is no button to deactivate the license) Thanks in advance
