the rehub update keeps failing in wordpress

hihelp please.

I downloaded the re-hub update and install it into wordpress website. But it keeps saying faiiled. The same happened with the auto update plugin. can anyone help please.

There doesnt seem to be easy and direct way to get support, which is poor

You can use the free Envato Market plugin to install and automatic update your theme(s). you can download Envato Market plugin from here: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

If you have still problem you can contact your purchased Theme Author. Contact Author and let them know.

I already tried to install the auto update plugin which also failed. It comes up with it already exists in route directory. But i can find ot in the plugins list.

Sorry i meant the plug is not there in the installed plugins.
