Hi Team, no matter which Premiere Pro Template I download - non work and all throw the same error “The Motion Graphics template could not be installed.”

I am at a loss at this stage. I am on the latest version of Premiere Pro (22.4.0) on Adobe Creative Cloud and on macOS 12.3.1 on Intel.

I am stuck, anyone knows a fix?

I should have clarified that I am on essentials subscription. there is no contact author. Besides, my ask is about general as I stated "no matter which Premiere Pro Template I download - none work and all throw the same error “The Motion Graphics template could not be installed.”

There is no Ticket function with customer service in essentials as I see it. Can you give me the customer support email?
