i pay for wordpress theme , but i suffer from more problem
i contact with support but didnt help me
i added bad review about the theme
the author contact me and said i wont help you execpt you remove or put good review
i contact with envto but no body reply
also the bad review removed ,
what can i do to get my rights ?
The main issue here is always impatience. When you contact the product authors help desk for support, allow them to resolve the issue without doing everything you can to damage the author in the meantime. The end result is always not great as you can see.
Eitherway, wait for Envato to contact you. This will normally take a couple of days, so again be patient.
