Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have a question as a customer:
Recently I started selling proyects for clients with some wp purchased themes on themeforest. Now, the thing is that some of this themes i use quite regularly. I know I must purchase a licence per every installation in a live site. But can I use live licence on a local environment for testing purposes? (for namesake: xampp).
I mean would it cause a problem with the licence itself? I wondered, since it should update the theme from a local server as well.
I’m interested since I want to increase my skill in the use of themes I’m using on real life situations, but I’m afraid of doing some tests and invalidating a licence.
Well, that’s that. If anyone could answer this, or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
