I was trying to buy a plugin with my credit card and suddenly the system locked my account for no reason. I have been trying to contact support but no one return my emails. They dont answer the phone calls. They dont reply the tickets!
How the hack can I contact to a customer service?
It is ridiculous that you are locking the accounts with no reason and don’t give any support!
I can not access my previous purchases now!
The only way is through the ticket system but be aware that opening multiple tickets will only delay the process further.
This is very inconvenient!
I really need to talk to someone @ENVATO ! One of the representative sent a reply to my ticket that he solved my problem, but actually he DID NOT!
